I'm Sally Crawford. I love London. I've lived here all my adult life. I love showing London off to people, especially visitors who would like to get to know the city better.

I run ENGLISH FOR VISITORS TO LONDON, tuition-based walking tours where you get to know London - the London Londoners know - and improve or brush-up your English or English pronunciation at the same time.

Tuition tours last either half a day or a whole day (and if you like the idea longer periods can be arranged), start from the West End, and are customized to suit your pocket and itinerary.

Visitors to London often comment that they have difficulty finding people willing or able to hold a conversation, especially one in standard English. ENGLISH FOR VISITORS TO LONDON is a cost-effective way of seeing the city in the capable and knowledgeable hands of a native English person.

Most walking and tuition takes place out-of-doors so the tours are weather-dependent; there are, however, an almost infinite number of relatively quiet places such as art galleries to shelter in during showers.

In bad weather, the tuition tour is usually rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, your money is returned in full.
